Key Features
| Feature | Benefit |
|---|---|
| ANSI A4 / EN388 Cut Level D | Provides reliable protection against moderate cut hazards from sheet metal, glass, and sharp components, ensuring worker safety and compliance. |
| Ultra-Fine 18-Gauge Knit | Offers exceptional dexterity and a “second-skin” feel, maximizing tactile sensitivity for intricate assembly and small parts handling, reducing hand fatigue. |
| HPPE/Steel Fiber Blend Shell | Combines high-strength polyethylene with steel fibers for superior cut resistance without adding bulk or sacrificing flexibility and comfort. |
| Polyurethane (PU) Palm Coating | Delivers excellent dry and slightly oily grip, preventing slippage and improving control during precision tasks. The coating is non-shedding, ideal for clean work areas. |
| Breathable & Ergonomic Design | The uncoated back allows moisture and heat to escape, keeping hands cool and dry. A seamless, anatomical fit ensures all-day comfort. |

FAQs
Can I receive the full EN388 and ANSI/ISEA 105 test reports?
Yes. Full test reports and Declaration of Conformity documents are available to qualified buyers. Please contact our sales team at info@antafursafety.com to request them.
What does the EN388:2016 rating of 4X43D mean?
This rating breaks down as follows:
• 4: Abrasion Resistance (highest level)
• X: Blade Cut Resistance (Coup test not performed, as is common for high cut-level gloves)
• 4: Tear Resistance (highest level)
• 3: Puncture Resistance (level 3 out of 4)
• D: TDM-100 Cut Resistance (on a scale of A-F, with F being the highest). Level D corresponds to ANSI A4, indicating good protection against moderate cut risks.
What is the difference between PU and Nitrile coating for a cut-resistant glove?
PU (Polyurethane) coating, as used on the PU8400C, is prized for its high tactile sensitivity, flexibility, and excellent dry grip. Nitrile coating generally offers better resistance to oils and chemicals and higher abrasion resistance, but can be slightly less flexible than PU.
What is your standard payment term for bulk orders?
Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit via T/T upon order confirmation, with the 70% balance to be paid before shipment. Other terms may be negotiable for long-term partners.
Can the minimum order quantity (MOQ) be negotiated?
The standard MOQ is 6,000 pairs. For new clients or special requirements, please discuss with our sales representatives. We aim to provide flexible solutions to support your business growth.
