Product Description

Key Features

Feature Benefit & Description
Reliable Electrostatic Dissipation (ESD) Infused carbon fiber liner continuously and safely dissipates static charge, designed to meet EN 16350 standards, protecting sensitive electronics and preventing costly component failure.
Superior Dexterity & Tactile Sensitivity A seamless, 13-gauge knit construction combined with a thin PU coating offers a “second skin” fit, maximizing finger flexibility for handling micro-components and intricate parts.
Enhanced Grip in Dry Conditions The smooth polyurethane palm coating ensures a secure, non-slip grip on small parts and tools, improving handling accuracy and reducing drop-related damages.
Durable & Abrasion Resistant Achieves EN388 Level 3 for abrasion resistance, ensuring a longer service life in assembly and light handling environments, leading to a lower total cost of ownership.
Lint-Free & Cleanroom Friendly The continuous filament yarn and PU coating minimize particle shedding, making these gloves suitable for clean work environments where contamination control is critical.
All-Day Comfort & Breathability The lightweight, breathable shell wicks away moisture, keeping hands cool and comfortable during extended shifts, thus boosting worker productivity and compliance.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Can you provide EN388 or Anti-Static test reports?

Yes. Full CE/UKCA documentation, including EN388 and EN 16350 test reports, is available to qualified buyers. Please contact our sales team at info@antafursafety.com to request the necessary files.

What does the EN388 3131X rating mean?

The EN388:2016 rating 3131X indicates the glove’s performance against mechanical risks: Abrasion Resistance (Level 3), Circular Blade Cut Resistance (Level 1), Tear Resistance (Level 3), and Puncture Resistance (Level 1). The ‘X’ means it was not tested under the ISO 13997 TDM cut test.

Are these gloves suitable for touchscreen use?

Standard PU coatings are typically not touchscreen compatible. However, we can develop a touchscreen-compatible version as part of our OEM/ODM services. Please discuss this requirement with our team.

What is your sample and production lead time?

Our standard sample lead time is 7-10 days. Once the sample is approved, bulk production takes approximately 30-45 days, depending on order volume and customization complexity.

What are your payment and trade terms?
