1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ANTAFUR services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

3. Business Model and Services
ANTAFUR operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale manufacturer and supplier. Our services include:
- Manufacturing of safety workwear, gloves, footwear, and helmets
- Custom design and development services
- Quality assurance and certification compliance
- Wholesale distribution to authorized partners
4. Product Quality and Compliance
All ANTAFUR products are manufactured in ISO 9001 certified facilities and comply with international safety standards including:

ANSI/ISEA and CSA compliance
We maintain 100% quality inspection protocols and provide certification documentation with all shipments.
5. Ordering and Payment Terms
All orders are subject to the following terms:
- Minimum order quantities apply to all products
- Payment terms are net 30 days for established customers
- New customers may require payment in advance or letter of credit
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Custom orders require 50% deposit before production
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms and responsibilities:
- Standard delivery terms are FOB China port
- Lead times vary by product complexity and quantity
- Customers are responsible for import duties and taxes
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to carrier
7. Warranty and Returns
ANTAFUR provides limited warranty coverage:
Manufacturing Defects: Products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery date
Return Policy: Defective products must be reported within 30 days of delivery
Custom Orders: Custom manufactured products are non-returnable unless defective
Warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper storage.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to ANTAFUR products, designs, and processes remain the property of Chemfine International Co., Ltd.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our proprietary designs without written permission.
Custom designs developed for specific customers remain confidential and will not be offered to competitors.
9. Limitation of Liability
ANTAFUR's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Damages arising from misuse of products
- Claims exceeding the contract value
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our business relationship shall be resolved through:
1. Good faith negotiation between parties
2. Mediation through recognized commercial mediation services
3. Arbitration in accordance with Chinese arbitration rules
11. Modifications to Terms
ANTAFUR reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Major changes will be communicated directly to existing customers via email.
